3D TLC NAND Flash

Triple-Level Cell (TLC) NAND stores 3 bits per cell, balancing storage density, write endurance, and cost. 3D TLC vertically stacks 128 to 236+ layers of cells to increase capacity per die and reduce the cell-to-cell interference of planar TLC. It is the dominant NAND technology in mainstream consumer NVMe and SATA SSDs. Products include Samsung 990 Pro (V-NAND 6th gen TLC), WD Black SN850X, Crucial T705, Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus, and Seagate FireCuda 530. Endurance is typically 300–600 TBW per TB of rated capacity.
