Intel XeSS (Xe Super Sampling)

Intel XeSS is a temporal AI upscaling technology that uses XMX (Xe Matrix eXtensions) matrix engines on Intel Arc GPUs for maximum quality. On non-Intel hardware without XMX units, XeSS gracefully falls back to a DP4a shader path that works on virtually any DirectX 12 GPU from any vendor. XeSS 1.3 improved motion vector handling and reduced ghosting. It is integrated into over 100 titles and supported by Unreal Engine 4/5 plugins.
