OpenCL 3.0

OpenCL 3.0 is an open, royalty-free standard for parallel programming across heterogeneous hardware including CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, and FPGAs. OpenCL 3.0 reclassifies most OpenCL 2.x features (SVM, pipes, device-side enqueue) as optional extensions, restoring backward compatibility to OpenCL 1.2 as the mandatory baseline. Widely used in DaVinci Resolve GPU acceleration, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, Blender's Cycles renderer (non-CUDA path), and scientific computing applications on non-NVIDIA hardware.
