GDDR6 Memory

GDDR6 is the standard graphics memory type for current and previous-generation discrete GPUs, running at 14–21 Gbps per pin. It uses a 32-bit channel per chip and is used across NVIDIA RTX 30/40 series (except top SKUs using GDDR6X), AMD RX 6000/7000 series, Intel Arc A-series, and countless notebook GPUs. Most desktop GPUs with 8 GB to 24 GB VRAM use GDDR6 modules.
