AMD RDNA 3 Architecture

RDNA 3 (GFX11) is AMD's discrete GPU architecture manufactured on TSMC 5 nm (GPU die) and 6 nm (multi-cache die, MCD). It introduces chiplet GPU design (Navi 31: 1 GCD + 6 MCDs), dual-issue compute units for 54% more shader ops per CU, second-generation hardware ray tracing, and DisplayPort 2.1. Desktop: RX 7900 XTX (Navi 31) through RX 7600. Mobile: RX 7900M in ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16, Lenovo Legion Pro.
